Budding young artists from local Armadale schools have had the opportunity to learn portraiture skills from a leading artist featured in the annual Lester Prize Exhibition, which is displayed at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. The Lester Prize is one of the country’s most recognised and prestigious fine art prizes.

Come and check out the self-portraits created by our wonderful Year 9 and 10 students from Kelmscott High School, John Wollaston Anglican Community School and Carey Baptist College Harrisdale exhibited in the Supper Room at Armadale District Hall, adjacent to the Minnawarra Art Awards.
