Most of us know how to be more physically healthy, but did you know it is possible to become more mentally healthy too? Join HelpingMinds for one of these one hour sessions where we discuss risk factors for mental illness, managing stress, mindfulness, mentally healthy activities and strategies.
Two sessions are being offered – 10 and 31 May 6-7pm.
