Warriors of the Winged

Welcome to a fantastically fun introduction to art making, mixed media and natural science all rolled into one. Young artists become Winged Warriors for the endangered bird species of the district by painting feathers that represent their plumage.

You will become ‘biological bird illustrators’ for the day, taking home a beautiful labelled feather to treasure and be proud of. For all school age groups, right through to secondary years.
