This workshop is proudly supported by the City of Armadale as part of the 2025 Armadale Arts Festival, and we’re looking to build a team that will continue to create after the Festival is over. Our aim is for the team to develop a short film promoting our City, with the goal of screening it at the 2026 Armadale Arts Festival.
Andrew Pheasant is a seasoned educator turned accomplished filmmaker, blending decades of leadership in Western Australian schools with a thriving creative career. Holding a Master of Screen Production and Bachelor of Education, Andrew is the Director of Eros Creatives Pty Ltd and a professional member of AACTA and the Australian Writers Guild. He has directed numerous film projects, including Tropfest entries, promotional videos, and a road trauma film for WA Police. Currently, he’s developing a multi-season streaming series, Kairos. His diverse background and passion for storytelling drives his impactful work in the film industry.
