2024 Artist Entry Form
Please allow up to 10 minutes to complete this entry form. The supporting documents/information that you will need to have on hand are your:
- Artist resume/biography
- Digital images of completed artwork/s, including at least one high resolution image of each artwork (only JPEGS accepted 2mb limit)
- Artwork statement (max 100 words) for each artwork
